Do Not Climb Out the Window

climb out of
the window tonight
unless an eighteen wheeler
is flying through the air
and is going to crash
into your house.

In this case, you should
jump out the window
before two hundred more
crash into your bedroom.

If 6.8 billion eighteen
wheelers crash through
your bedroom window,
you couldn’t clean it,
your mom would have to do it.
She would have to use her hands
to pick up the wood, and glass, and bed
pieces, and pictures. Then she would
have to rebuild the house.
