My Magnificent Violin

violin-love-by-natalamcMy violin is as shiny as gold
and as delicate as a pearl.
My bow sails across the strings
like a boat across the ocean.
My violin can play music as fast as lightning
or as soft and gently as the breeze.
It can play like fire,
burning, destroying everything in its path.
It can play like water,
rushing, cool, soothing, comforting.
My violin can play through the seasons:
winter, spring, summer, fall.
My violin can play anything,
anything at all.
